Our unique construction uses composite drop-stitch fibers that connect the top and bottom layers of military-grade PVC. Inflated to the recommended PSI, they evenly distribute air pressure for a rock-solid surface—the foundation of our three technologies: AeroBOTE, AeroUltra, and AeroUltraX.
Unlike traditional PVC builds, AeroUltraX uses heat-welded TPU to create airtight seams without the need for glue, meaning stronger bonds, fewer failure points, and a cleaner, more consistent build. Follow these steps to get a BOTE inflatable on the water and back again: remove the rolled-up watercraft from the travel bag, unroll, attach the included pump, and inflate until the pressure reaches the recommended PSI.
